I hear the butt-sex was without any lube, as the anarchists decided that was a decadant bourgoise convenience. As the bourgoisie at the time in Spain were very conservative, I doubt that they were using lube very much, so there goes that stupid argument. Oh yeah, I forgot, conservatives don't have sex. lol.

At that time, the bourgoisie would have been very religious and therefore would probably have only had sex in the missionary position.

Its pretty obvious what behaviours were prevalent in history when you read history books. history books are written by historians today, who are humans, like you or I, not gods, and are thereofre exceedingly prone to error, bias, hero worship, no less than you or I. Now, If you knew anything about history, which you don't you would know that in every historiography, there exists furious debate, even on some of the most basic points. There is furious argument, for example, on whether or not there was widespread sacrifice among the Mayas, or wehther this was Spanish progapanda. The debate is ongoing. So, don't give me this illucid shit about `history books', which I know you havn't read.

And 90 years is hardly ancient history - there's still people around who were alive then.

And 90 years is hardly ancient history - there's still people around who were alive then. spelling doesn't matter. i'm not writing some paper here. U don't know about the sexual habits of the spanish. u think the historians in a supposedly conservative country go around asking people how they screw? They hardly do that even today. Also, something you possibly didn't know, anal sex is supposedly prevalent in cultures which frown on contraceptives. In classical Crete, adulterers would allegedly have anal sex to prevent the pregnancy, so don't give me this `didn't use lube' crap. Thank.s ;D
